Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your receiving the goods, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being exchanged, like undergarments and similar products.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds in form of gift cards are granted (if applicable)
If the customer needs to exchange the product, necessary process has to be followed and the same cannot be refused to the courier company.
Refunds (if applicable)
We do not provide money refunds. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved,then a reimbursement code with value equivalent to refund amount amount will be sent to you within 24 hours of receiving the products by us. Please note that COD charges and 50% of shipping cost will not be refunded. You will get basic selling price of the goods removing COD charges(if any) and 50% of shipping cost from it.
In case of quality issues, we will bear the entire cost of shipping as well as COD charges and the refund amount will be same as amount paid by you. For quality related issue, intimation has to be done within 24hours from the time of receiving package.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, kindly drop in a mail at email@example.com along with your order number and name.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be exchanged unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
No exchanges are possible.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. Rest all return and refund conditions remain the same.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over Rs. 500, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
